Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026. This is placeholder text written to describe how the service is meant to work. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and will be replaced before launch.

1. The service

Moxel ("we", "us") runs Moxel Worlds, a hosted service at moxel.gg that lets an AI client you control build Minecraft maps and structures through an MCP server, shows them in a web app, and exports them as files. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

3. Plans, billing and cancelling

4. Your content

4a. Sharing builds

5. Acceptable use

Don't attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, get around its limits or security (including the script sandbox), or use it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Minecraft

Moxel is not an official Minecraft product. It is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang. Exported worlds and schematics are for use with your own copy of the game, under Mojang's own terms.

7. AI clients

The AI that drives the tools is a separate product (for example Claude Code or Claude Desktop) under its own terms and billing. We're not responsible for what a third-party AI decides to build.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but it's provided "as is", without guarantees of uptime or fitness for a particular purpose. Keep your own copies of anything important; every map can be downloaded. We may change these terms and will tell you about material changes before they apply.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using the service anytime, and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@moxel.gg. We may close accounts that break these terms.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
